How to rename files in DOS Prompt Command

Renaming Files using DOS Prompt !

There are times you cannot rename files on Windows directly, through right-click (rename) or for fasters, by pressing the F2 button. It helps to go back 'ol skul and type 'cmd' on Run or Start-R
